“Quiero que se entienda que hay dos comunidades que tienen una hemorragia financiera y hay que taponarla”. Así, con paralelismos médicos, ha explicado este martes el presidente de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, lo que representa el “fondo transitorio de compensación” que ha acordado proponer junto a su homólogo valenciano, Ximo Puig, a la espera del nuevo modelo de financiación autonómica.
